RESERVATION CANCELLATION
You can make effortless and convenient reservation cancellation by using the My Reservation page. All transactions you have made from the My Reservation page are viewed and processed by us. Therefore, you are not required to take any further action.
To make the cancellation process with various methods;
By sending a request from the Contact Form
By sending a message from the e-mail address you have booked
You can ensure the cancellation of the relevant reservation.
The cancellation period, refund period and deduction rate for reservations paid by Credit Card or Bank Transfer are stated below.
Please note; The refund is carried out through the bank channel and the refund period depends on the bank.
FOR PAID SERVICES;
Cancellation period for an unconditional full refund: 24 hours before
Exemplification;
Transfer date: 17 June, 18:00
Cancellation request date: 16 June, 17:00
The fee you have paid will be refunded without interruption
Transfer date: 17 June, 18:00
Cancellation request date: 16 June, 19:00
The fee you have paid will NOT be refunded
You can make these updates until 6 hours to pick up time
Pick up time change (max. 1 hour before or later)
Pick up place change (new pick up place must be 5mins away)
Please note that if the information provided by the customer is incorrect, inaccurate or not updated, The customer has full responsibility.
Exemplification;
If we are not notified of a change of pick-up location
If the pick-up time was chosen incorrectly
If the specified telephone, e-mail or telephone numbers of the specified facility/residence/point cannot be reached in case of failure
We hereby declare that we reject in advance the indemnification of the costs arising from such situations.
