Where can I find the reference number (REF. NO) ?

On the REF. NO label on the page displayed after the reservation registration process
In the confirmation email content
In the SMS content sent to your mobile phone
You can request it by sending a message from the contact page (Details are sent to the email address you used when making the reservation)

To change, edit or cancel the reservation you have made, please log in.

You can log in by typing the REF. number of the reservation and the email address you specified when making the reservation.

We would like to remind you that we are always ready to help you and you can ask for our assistance by using the Contact Form for your questions.

If you are going to cancel a reservation and the payment for this reservation has already been made, please do not forget to send an email to initiate the refund process after the cancellation.
