The large resort hotels in Gundogdu are located on the coastal strip between the main road and the sea, so the vehicle turns off the main road to reach your hotel's entrance. The hotel areas of Colakli, Evrenseki, Kumkoy and Side town lie further along the same road, after Gundogdu.
Where is Gundogdu, and is it part of Side?
Gundogdu is a neighbourhood in the Manavgat district. Tour operators and hotel booking sites list it under the Side resort area, but it lies 16.9 km from the ancient city of Side, also known as Side old town.

TUI MAGIC LIFE Jacaranda and Roma Beach Resort, on the edge of the area, have official addresses in Kisalar, while the address of Aletris Deluxe is in Yavrudogan.
Some hotels here have similar names but are separate properties. Royal Atlantis Spa & Resort and Royal Atlantis Beach are different hotels, as are TUI MAGIC LIFE Jacaranda and Jacaranda Luxury Hotel. Giving the hotel's full name when you book ensures that the vehicle goes to the right entrance.
Beach access is not the same at every hotel. The private beach of Aletris Deluxe is 600 m from the hotel, and the hotel provides transport to it throughout the day. Along the fine sandy shore, next to the hotel beaches, Manavgat Municipality has opened Gundogdu Public Beach.
Things to see near Gundogdu
The ancient city of Side is 26 minutes (16.9 km) from Gundogdu by car. The ancient theatre on the peninsula, the remains of the temples of Apollo and Athena by the sea and Side Museum, housed in a Roman bath building, can all be seen on the same visit.
Heading west, a 19-minute drive (19.1 km) takes you to Aspendos Theatre in Belkis, near Serik, one of the best-preserved theatres to survive from the Roman period.
Manavgat Waterfall, on the Manavgat River north of Manavgat town centre, is a 23-minute drive (19.5 km) away. Boat trips run along the river down to its mouth, where it meets the sea.

Your flight is tracked using the flight number you give when booking. If your flight is delayed or lands early, the meeting time is updated to your actual landing time. If your flight is cancelled and you are rebooked onto a different one, please update your flight details on the My Reservation page. You will then be met at the landing time of your new flight. Transfers are also available for flights landing at night or in the early hours.

How far is Gundogdu from Antalya Airport?
The distance from Antalya Airport to Gundogdu is 49 km, and the transfer takes about 60 min. In normal traffic, the return transfer takes about the same time. At the end of public holidays, in high season and at busy flight times, it can take 30–60 minutes longer. We therefore recommend setting your pick-up time at the hotel according to your airline's check-in and bag drop times.
