Private transfers are particularly suitable for families with children, larger groups and passengers travelling with extra luggage, as the vehicle is reserved exclusively for your booking. Once you have met our representative at the airport, the journey begins without waiting for other passengers. One child seat per vehicle can be requested when booking a private transfer.
A shared shuttle can be a more economical option for solo travellers and smaller parties. You travel with other passengers heading in the same direction, and departure takes place after the airport collection process. Additional stops may be made along the route before you reach your destination.
- Sedan (up to 3 passengers): A practical choice for solo travellers, couples and small families with limited luggage. The journey is direct from the airport to your booked address.
- Minivan (up to 6 passengers): Services are generally operated with comfortable vehicles such as a Mercedes Vito or VW Caravelle. The additional interior and luggage space makes this option suitable for families and small groups.
- Minibus (up to 13 passengers): Larger vehicles such as a Mercedes Sprinter or VW Crafter are generally used. This option allows larger families and groups to travel together while providing more space for luggage.
How to Book an Antalya Airport Transfer

Where Do I Meet the Brimzu Representative at Antalya Airport?
After collecting your luggage, make your way to the terminal exit. Our representative will meet you there with a sign displaying your name and the Brimzu logo.
If you cannot locate our representative because of crowds or for any other reason, contact us by WhatsApp, SMS or phone using the meeting support numbers provided with your booking.
How Does the Return Transfer to Antalya Airport Work?
For your return transfer, the vehicle will be ready at your hotel, villa or home address at the pickup time entered in your booking. Your confirmed pickup time is also shown in your confirmation email and reservation document. We recommend being at the meeting point 5-10 minutes before departure.
On arrival at Antalya Airport, your driver will drop you off at the departures entrance of the terminal used for your flight.
Important: Antalya Airport recommends arriving at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight. For international departures, especially during the high season, we recommend planning to arrive 2.5-3 hours before departure to allow additional time for check-in, security and passport control. If your airline recommends a different arrival time, follow the airline's guidance.

Antalya Airport (AYT) is one of Turkiye's busiest international airports and serves many of the Mediterranean coast's leading holiday destinations. The airport handled 39.1 million passengers in 2025 and provides an important gateway to Antalya city centre as well as Lara, Belek, Side, Alanya and Kemer.
Passenger services operate through the Domestic Terminal, International Terminal 1 (T1) and International Terminal 2 (T2). Antalya Airport also has General Aviation, VIP and CIP terminals. Following the expansion of its infrastructure, the airport has an annual passenger capacity of more than 82 million and operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Passenger Services at Antalya Airport
- Information Desks: Information points are available in the arrivals and departures areas of all three passenger terminals, with assistance in Turkish, English, German and Russian.
- Internet: One hour of free Wi-Fi is available in the arrivals and departures areas of all terminals. Unlimited free internet is available in the CIP Terminal and lounge areas.
- Medical Services: The airport has a clinic providing 24-hour emergency and general medical care, with an ambulance team available for emergencies.
- Family Facilities: Baby care rooms are available in all terminals, while children's play areas are available in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
- Banking and ATMs: ATMs are available throughout the terminals. Most accept widely used card networks including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, Plus and American Express.
What Are the Luggage Rules for Antalya Transfers?
Private Transfer: Luggage allowance depends on the capacity of the vehicle selected for your booking. For safety reasons, luggage and equipment must be carried inside the enclosed luggage compartment. If you are travelling with a stroller, golf bag, wheelchair, bicycle or other bulky equipment, choose a vehicle with enough space for all passengers, luggage and equipment.
Shared Transfer: As the vehicle is shared with other passengers, the allowance is 1 standard suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per passenger. Due to limited space, bulky items such as strollers, golf bags, bicycles and wheelchairs cannot be carried on shared transfers. If you are travelling with this type of equipment, a private transfer is required.
How Can I Request a Child Seat?
Private Transfer: One child seat per vehicle can be provided on request. Please add the request when booking so the seat can be prepared in the vehicle before your transfer.
Shared Transfer: Child seats are not available on shared shuttle transfers. Passengers who require a child seat should choose a private transfer.
What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?
We monitor your arrival using the flight number provided with your booking. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the meeting time to the updated arrival information and arrange the terminal meeting accordingly. If you become aware of a flight change in advance, we also recommend letting us know where possible.
