Transfers come in private, VIP and shuttle options, and all bookings are handled online.

Transfer Services
We provide transfers between airports or ports and hotels, villas and residences, in both directions. If your holiday or business trip includes a move to a hotel in another region, we can also take you there directly from your current hotel. You can choose between private, VIP and shuttle transfers.
Private Transfer
On a private transfer, the vehicle is reserved only for you and the people travelling with you. No other passengers are picked up along the way, and the driver takes you straight to the hotel, villa or residence given in your booking. If your flight is delayed, the pickup time is updated to match the new landing time.
VIP Transfer
A VIP transfer is a private transfer with a higher level of in-car comfort. VIP vehicles are fitted with leather seats, a partition between the driver and the passenger area, Wi-Fi, USB charging ports and a multimedia screen.
Shuttle Transfer
On a shuttle transfer, passengers heading to different hotels in the same direction travel together in one vehicle. The shuttle waits at the airport until its scheduled departure time and stops at other passengers' hotels on the way, so the journey takes longer than a private transfer. If your flight is delayed, we book you onto the next available shuttle after your new landing time.
Group Transfers and Vehicle Options
Choose the vehicle type to suit the size of your group and how much luggage you are bringing. A sedan works well for small parties with a few bags. A minivan, with its larger luggage space, is more comfortable for families and anyone travelling with several suitcases. A minibus lets larger groups travel together in the same vehicle.
Meet & Greet and Customer Support
For airport transfers, your flight is tracked using the flight number you provide in your booking, and our staff meet you at the terminal exit with a name sign. If you need help finding your driver on the day of your transfer, our operations team is available 24/7 by WhatsApp, SMS or phone. For any other matter, you can write to our customer support team via the contact form.
Tours and Excursions
If you would like to see the historical, natural and cultural sights of the region during your holiday, or take part in an activity, you can choose from the tours and excursions on Brimzu.
Day Tours
On day tours such as a city tour, an ancient city tour or a canyon tour, you visit several different places with a group in a single day.
Excursions
Excursions such as a jeep safari, diving or paragliding focus on a single place or activity. These programmes usually last half a day or a few hours.
Private Tours
A private tour is organised only for you and the people travelling with you. The route and the places you visit are set according to your preferences. Programmes such as a city tour, a boat tour or a photography tour can also be booked as a private tour.
Multi-Day Tours
On multi-day tours to places such as Cappadocia, the Aegean coast or Cairo, hotel accommodation is included in the programme, and you travel through different cities or regions.

Transfer Booking
An online transfer booking starts with entering your pickup and drop-off points and the date and time of your journey. Vehicles that suit your group size and luggage are then listed with their prices. Once you have chosen a vehicle, the booking is completed in a few steps.
After your flight, passenger and contact details have been checked, a confirmation is sent to your email address. If your flight time changes, you can update your transfer details on the My Reservation page.
Tour Booking
A tour booking starts with selecting the date and the number of passengers. Each tour page shows separate prices for adults, children and infants, in the currency you choose. The package details show the available days and times, the accommodation areas the package covers and the type of meeting, such as hotel pickup.
After choosing a package, you complete the booking by adding the passenger and contact details.
Fixed Prices, Online Payment and Free Transfer Cancellation
The price confirmed in your booking is fixed. Transfer prices include parking fees, tolls and taxes. You can pay online by credit card. Transfer bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time, and the amount paid is refunded in full.
