What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?

Your landing time is tracked using the flight number given in your booking, and if your flight is delayed, the transfer is rescheduled to the new arrival time. If your flight time changes after you book, you can update your details on the My Reservation page. As our transfer service runs around the clock, late-night arrivals are also met at their landing time.

Car or Minivan: Which Vehicle Should I Book?

You can choose a car or a minivan depending on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage you have. If you are travelling with golf bags, a minivan must be booked. Please note that a minivan's luggage space fits 2 golf bags and a few standard-size suitcases. If you are travelling with children, a child seat can be requested for an extra fee when you book.

How Do Private Transfer Prices, Payment and Cancellation Work?

The price of a private transfer is shown during booking and depends on your destination and the vehicle type you select. The price confirmed in your booking is fixed. Parking fees, tolls and taxes are included in this price. You can pay for your transfer online by credit card. If you cancel up to 24 hours before the pickup time, the amount paid is refunded without any deduction.

When Should I Be Picked Up for My Transfer to the Airport?

Private transfers from your hotel to the airport are also available, with pickup from the hotel lobby or your accommodation address and drop-off at the terminal entrance.

When choosing a pickup time, the aim is to reach the airport before check-in for your flight opens.

For this reason, we recommend allowing not only for the journey time itself but also for traffic, public holidays, peak season and busy flight periods, which can add around 30–60 minutes to the trip.
