• During the pickup and meeting process, we provide 24/7 phone assistance for questions about where to meet or where to be picked up. For changes, cancellations and information requests, you can use our contact form.
• For private transfers, the vehicle’s luggage space is reserved for your booking only; your bags can be placed according to the passenger count and vehicle capacity. For shared transfers, 1 standard-size suitcase per passenger is accepted.
• The transfer service covers direct transportation from the pickup location to the destination. Breaks, waiting time and intermediate stops are not included as standard.
• We arrange your transfer from the airport to your hotel and also your return journey from your hotel back to the airport.
