A private transfer offers a more direct and personal journey because the vehicle is assigned to your booking. In a shared transfer, the vehicle may be used with other passengers according to the planned route and pickup times.

Payment Information for Your Transfer

You can create your transfer booking online through our website. During the booking process, you can enter the date, pickup time, pickup location, destination, passenger count and vehicle selection to complete your transfer request. Transfer fees can be paid in cash at the meeting point or online by credit card via the payment link included in the confirmation email.

For airport pickups, the flight details provided during booking are used to monitor the arrival time. If there is a delay or schedule change, the meeting time is adjusted according to the updated arrival information. For airport pickups, you will be met at the terminal exit after luggage collection with a name sign.

• To make the pickup process easier, we are available by phone 24/7 for meeting point and pickup location questions. Booking changes and cancellation requests should be sent via the contact form.
• For private transfers, the vehicle’s luggage space is reserved for your booking only; your bags can be placed according to the passenger count and vehicle capacity. For shared transfers, 1 standard-size suitcase per passenger is accepted.
• Your transfer is planned from the pickup point directly to the destination address. Extra stops, waiting time or breaks are not included in the standard service.
• Your airport transfer can be planned for both arrival and return journeys.

Booking Cancellation and Refund
