A private transfer is a transfer type where the vehicle is reserved for one booking only; a shared transfer is a transfer type where passengers travelling in the same or a similar direction use the same vehicle. A private transfer is arranged for you, your family or your group only. In a shared transfer, more than one passenger may travel in the same vehicle depending on the route and schedule.

Booking and Payment Information

When booking a transfer online, you only need to provide the basic details of your journey. Your pickup date, pickup time, pickup location, destination and passenger details are used to create your transfer record. • For private transfers, the vehicle’s luggage space is reserved for your booking only; your bags can be placed according to the passenger count and vehicle capacity. For shared transfers, 1 standard-size suitcase per passenger is accepted.
• We plan the transfer as a direct journey between the agreed pickup point and arrival address. Additional stops on the way are outside the standard service.
• We provide transfer options for airport arrivals, hotel pickups and return journeys to the airport.
